Very good fast food and staff brighten my day with a smile and professional attitude.

Cold mozzarella sticks, patties not on buns, etc.

Rude, slow, zero care for customer, asked for a large fry on #7 no drink got a small fry. sat there for 10mins, Ashley was extreamly rude. Will never go here again.

Went in here after washing my wife and my cars. T Mostly to let our cars drop dry. But also to have some lunch. I ordered the cod and chips. My wife had the chicken strips. Let me tell you that for fast food this place is great. Our service was top notch. Our server was professional and polite. The food was perfect. I will be going back there again for sure. Gonna have to try the halibut. And I heard that the burgers are good too.

Now my favorite Zips because they honored my request for "a ton of that fry sauce stuff" by actually giving me a ton of fry sauce stuff.

i love the shakes, but got a lg. tayer tot, it wasn't cooked, I got ice potatoes, they need to be a team.

Pretty decent food and selection, especially compared to other fast food chains. Zip's has a more "local" and friendly feel to it. The milkshakes are pretty good, which is why it's a shame that they seem to be topped with Cool Whip instead of actual whipped cream. Why ruin a perfectly good shake with Cool Whip?

The food is good but the prices are too high for fast food restaurants. I ordered a 3 piece chicken basket with a large tater tots instead of regular fries. The total was $12 and some change. So I changed my order to the regular size tots and that drop the price to $8 and some change. In my opinion a 3piece chicken with a handful of tots (no drink) should not cost almost 9 dollars. But the food is good and it's convenient because it's right near my house and there's never a long wait.

Fries were cold, dirty grease, heavy handed with the fish. Plus it took about 25 minutes in the drive through. We were the first ones.

Zips is one of the best fast food restaurants in Spokane. Good food, and amazing tarter sauce! This particular restaurant wasn't pretty good. Nice staff in the afternoon on a Sunday. The location is interesting. But it's a bite to eat on the way to Idaho, or on your lunch break.

The Zips on Trent near Evergreen has the best cod and fries in my opinion. Always satisfied with their fish Friday special

There cheeseburger are not very fresh, they need to try zip's sprague and Sullivan.

This one is brand new. I've never been inside. I love to get Zips food because it's local, but the price has been getting to the point that it's too pricey to eat there. If you're not worried about that though it's good. I love their tarter always have. I drench everything in it.

All of the Zip's locations have gone downhill fast since the corporate restructure I've heard about. Prices have gone up, menu items are diminished, and specials are seldom a great deal anymore. Good for the craving, but always leaves me wanting the experience and food I enjoyed, not just what's still available.

We have been going to Zips every Friday for fish for over a year and this zips on Trent is the best!!! There fish and tarter has the best flavor. Like they add some seasoning to it that we haven’t been able to taste at other locations.

First I was told that these is no halibut, when their menu clearly says they have halibut, (which I get in a sandwich every time I come here) but I also wasnt given my change back with my food. They need to work on their menu knowledge and cash handling.

I love Zip's and eat their burgers and fries all the time, but today I decided to try a crispy chicken salad. For $7.50 it was NOT worth it!! Yuck!!😫It was a shallow bin of shredded iceberg lettuce, barely any chicken, dry old carrot rounds, nasty pink diced tomatoes and dry old shredded cheese with ranch that was more of a paste than dressing. Pass on trying the salad, stick to their deep fried foods.

Its all about the Papa Joe. Fries. Tarter sauce. And don't forget the corn dogs! Oh. And MORE tarter! Fish and chip basket special on Fridays 10 stars!

Absolutely terrible. Stale buns burnt hamburger all topped off with a long curly hair. What a mistake going there. Other zips are good but stay away from this one.

Don't usually eat here, but I was in Spokane Valley for business and found it was very good!

Been there twice. First time they didn’t pay attention to my order and it was wrong. 2nd time soda machine needed to be switched out, which she saw as she was pouring my drink. Instead of asking if I’d like to wait, she the clear gross one and switched it after I left. I know this cause I called to tell them the machine needed to be switched and she informed me of this. The food tastes good though.

Can't really comment on their food or customer service as I received neither on my last visit here. Went through the driver thru, ordered fries and a soda. Pulled up to the window, which was open, and sat there waiting and waiting and waiting. Didn't see a single person but I could hear them talking. Sat there for about 5 minutes and no one gave me food or took my money. Decided to go to a different location.

Simple fast food chain with your basic American classics. For the price, it's really nothing special, especially considering how competitive the fast food market is getting with the variety of options and quality.

Doesn’t close for more than a half an hour (On a Friday) but shuts everything down except the fryer, and then waits until you’ve already placed order to tell you that the burger place isn’t doing burgers anymore LOL. Sounds more like a lazy cook.

Super busy for lunch. Cashier was calm and friendly. Order was filled surprisingly fast.
